MBRP is an evidence-based program that combines mindfulness meditation with relapse prevention skills to support recovery. MBRP helps participants to recognize and stay with discomfort (physical, cognitive and emotional) as opposed to reactively reaching for a "fix."
*This program is offered at no cost, with one condition: that you show up! Participants are expected to attend all weekly sessions and engage with home practice. The group depends on each member’s presence and commitment to work.
In this 8-week online program, discover tools for more effectively managing stress, physical pain, discomfort, and psychological distress - as well tools for increasing your capacity for resilience, balance and awareness.
*All are welcome and I am committed to making this course available. In the spirit of generosity, I offer scholarships to those who would not otherwise have the opportunity to take an MBSR course. To be eligible for a scholarship, applicants must commit to attendance at all class sessions including the all-day intensive retreat. Email me directly to discuss.
